If the goods are purchased from the company’s store and are not individually ordered under the Agreement, then, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the consumer has the right to exchange non-food products of good quality for similar ones from the seller from whom they were purchased,

if the goods do not satisfy the consumer in terms of shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase. Goods of good quality are exchanged if they have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document issued to the consumer together with the goods sold are preserved.

To return or replace the Goods, the Buyer must present the original receipt or invoice for payment and a passport. In case of delay in the return of the Goods, the Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer to replace the Goods or refund the money for the Goods.

The Goods are made to order, ordered according to the Specification and the Customer Agreement – they are not subject to return and exchange.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE OR NONCONFORMITY

If at the time of acceptance of the goods you find that they are damaged or do not correspond to the order (model, size), we will refund 100% of the costs incurred in connection with the prepayment and delivery.
